退休住宅之探討研究

所有父母親為了養育兒女，成家立業後，皆盡心盡力的工作，由於台灣法定退休年齡為65歲，在這年紀之時，兒女或許還沒成家，至少已出社會工作可以獨立自主，依國人平均年齡壽命為80歲，由退休至終老，獨立生活約15-20年，然而退休後延續生命的第二個人生，居住的空間與生活，必須達到「安定」、「安心」、「安全」的這三個原則。本論文研究對象為退休企業主，依業主的需求去規劃在生活便利的公寓大廈住宅過著兩人退休生活居住空間，期盼創造出更有尊嚴與自主的晚年生活空間。

After the family was founded, all parents worked hard to raise their children. Since the legal retirement age in Taiwan is 65 years old, the children may not have a family at this age. At least they have been able to work independently and have an average age. It is 80 years old, from retirement to retirement, and living independently for about 15-20 years. However, the living space of the second person after retirement should conform to the three principles of "safety", "safety" and "security". The research object of this thesis is the retired business owner. According to the needs of the owners, I plan to live in a residential building with convenient living and live a living space for two people. I hope to create a more dignified and independent living space in my later years.
