舊建築再利用案例之分析方法初探

在進行新的建築或室內設計之前，對設計案有所想像及期待，「案例分析」在設計過程中是重要的啟發程序，輔助設計者快速蒐尋及創造對設計案有幫助的設計手法。
本研究發現目前文獻中鮮少討論如何執行建築及室內設計的案例分析及其準則?若引入近年重視舊建築維護及再利用議題，其案例分析有什麼不同之處?試圖以案例分析解讀舊建築再利用設計手法，其能彰顯舊建築既有的無形價值、設計賦於它的新價值及銜接世代材料的轉變外，亦提高舊建築發展的可能性，讓我們對舊建築多一道想像的空間，延續歷史記憶及空間回憶，使空間再現及歷史活化。
本研究將歷年舊建築再利用之相關論文彙整為五大分析面向，並蒐集六種案例分析之方法，擬定出「一般型」案例分析之方法，以協助建築及室內設計做案例分析時之參考依據。並以「一般型」為架構基礎，加入舊建築再利用議題，延伸發展「再利用型」案例分析之方法架構。
「再利用型」案例分析之方法依層級討論由物質層面至精神層面，將分析主軸分為四大層面，一從環境涵構分析，分析周遭環境特質；二建築現況調查，指認舊建築再利用之設計動作及舊元素，將設計的型態改變或不變下，所呈現最終的設計狀態進行現況分析；三設計手法分析，將理念、設計手法、技術層面三大部分進行細部分析，探討如何藉由設計使空間再現；四再利用理念分析其設計如何使舊建築涵構活現於空間中，並串聯涵構所產生出另一種詮釋及互動。

Much imagination and expectation will bring out before processing the new architecture and the interior design. “case analysis” is an important motivation during the design process. assisting the designer to quickly search and create design techniques that are helpful to the design case.
This study indicate the guideline and principle which is rarely to mention in the literatures .what the case analysis would be different if the principle involve to the building maintenance and reusing issue? Trying to interpret the methods of building maintenance and reusing issue by case analysis. It is the way to express the invisible values. Also, transforming the new values on connecting new generation materials. Furthermore, it may increase more possibility of old builds development. People could imagine about the building and continue the history and space memory, which will activate the space and the history story.
This research analyze the reusing of old building in five section. In addition, six methods have been collected. “ General type” is based on these methods and is referenced on case analysis during architecture and interior design. Based on the "general type" as the framework, we will add the old building reuse issue and extend the development of the "reuse type" case analysis method structure.
“Reusing type” is one of the methods to do the case analyzing, which is not only raised on material level also on metal level. There are four different kinds levels:
Firstly, to do the research from environment and analyze surrounding. Secondly, to investigate the current status of building. Emphasizing the original designs and structures. To analyze the final new design whether change the original design or not. In addition, to do the detail research on ideas, design methods and technique level. To discuss how to reconstruct the space. Furthermore, how to make the old building to recover by the reusing idea? Also, it connect surrounding to create new interaction.
