Abstract
為了記錄苑裡女性藺草編織人的生命歷程與推廣藺草文化,本研究延續著藺草文化館原有藺草編織人的故事展區,將女性編織人的生命經驗製作成故事行銷,加強藺草文化與在地生活的聯結,並且吸引遊客瞭解苑裡藺草文化,進而提升遊客購買商品或手作教學的意願。首先,研究者挑選11位長期深耕藺草產業為訪談對象,運用訪談與影像方式記錄訪談資料。其次,將編織人的生命經驗製作成故事行銷,並且重新規劃藺草文化館展區與佈置展場,展覽題目為「聽藺說故事-藺草編織工藝職人訪談與影像紀錄展」。最後,於112年9月9日開幕,並發放問卷回收遊客的回饋。
問卷調查結果顯示,在展覽規劃和遊客認知價值方面,皆獲得正面的回饋。遊客在欣賞完展覽後,對藺草文化的了解程度提高,也表現出更高的購買藺草商品或參與手作課程的意願。因此,本次展覽以故事行銷的方式進行創作,成功達成了研究目的。未來建議延續四大方向,包括故事行銷的進一步拓展、編織手藝的延續、藺草產業的改革,以及宣傳與現代化整合,以促使該產業繁榮發展。

This study aims to document and record the life experiences of female rush weavers in Yuanli for the promotion of rush culture. Building upon the existing “story exhibition area” in the Rush Culture Museum, the research transforms the life experiences of female weavers into narrative marketing. This approach strengthens the connection between rush culture and local life, attracting visitors to learn about Yuanli's rush culture and subsequently increasing their willingness to purchase rush products or participate in handicraft workshops. The research involves interviewing 11 weavers who have devoted themselves to the rush industry, recording the interviews using both verbal and visual methods. Subsequently, the life experiences of these weavers are crafted into narrative marketing, and the exhibition area of the Rush Culture Museum is redesigned under the theme "Listening to Rush stories: Interviews and Visual Records of Rush Weaving Artisans." The exhibition opened on September 9 2023, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect feedback from visitors.
The survey results indicate positive feedback in terms of exhibition planning and perceived value by visitors. After viewing the exhibition, visitors show an increased understanding of rush culture and a higher willingness to purchase rush products or participate in handicraft courses. Therefore, the exhibition, created through narrative marketing, successfully achieves the research objectives. Future recommendations include further expanding narrative marketing, sustaining weaving craftsmanship, reforming the rush industry, and integrating promotion with modernization to promote the prosperous development of the industry.
