居家室內蔬菜土耕栽種櫥櫃設計效益評估之研究

現今設施栽種多以水耕栽種為主，本研究延續「低耗能室內栽種降低環境衝擊之研究」，採用土耕方式，改善水耕使用化學肥料對食物安全的疑慮以及濕氣較高的問題。經由實際操作後，發現先前設計有其使用上之問題與限制，因此本研究以改善過去更換不易與栽種時間較長的問題，將土壤(介質)減量及縮短栽種時間為目標，針對光照、換氣、水、土壤(養分)進行實栽實驗操作、增加人員使用舒適度，提出依據形隨機能之栽種櫥櫃設計，以提升栽種數量、增加機能便利性、減少室內環境衝擊，並以實栽實驗驗證改善之可行性。依照實驗結果，將其概念應用於櫥櫃設計，包含栽種盆設計、櫃體結構、栽種循環步驟，並實際做出成品，驗證其功能與對室內環境之衝擊，以發展成符合使用者便利性、對室內環境低衝擊之居家栽種櫥櫃，讓居家生活兼具室內美觀與自給自足之綠色體驗。

This research continues the paper of “Study of low environmental impacts via indoor vegetables growth factories with low energy consumption”. Cultivation is the planting method adapted in this research. This indoor plant factory is adopted by LED lighting (lighting color in 5700K) and negative pressure ventilation system to replace air conditioning for energy saving.
After some growing tests, found that one pot of plant is too heavy to handle. So loss plant pot’s weight and increase the number of vegetable are this research aims. Explore issues including light, air, soil and fertilizer to do some growing test.
Follow growing test’s result to use on cabinet design. Cabinet design including plant pot, structure and planting circulatory system. After Indoor vegetable cultivation cabinet is made by the factory, check the planting effect and the impacts of indoor environmental quality of cabinet. This indoor vegetable cultivation cabinet not only landscapes of interior space but also grows safety and health vegetable for family.
