老屋改造為咖啡店之設計研究以台中市干城拾伍改造為例

本研究旨在探討如何將老屋的歷史元素與咖啡店結合，創造出獨具特色的室內氛圍，以達到老屋改造為咖啡店的目的。研究係選定了一間老屋進行規劃設計和實作，並將以下幾點特色融入：1.由於老屋擁有獨特的歷史價值和文化背景，因此在設計中應盡可能地保留老屋原有的結構、元素和細節，例如承重牆、鐵花窗和樓梯等。透過裝飾和配色的調整，可突出老屋的特色。2.為營造舒適的氛圍，老屋咖啡店的空間尺度、動線流暢性和燈光配置等細節也需慎重考慮。3.老屋咖啡店的傢俱和軟件配置宜以復古風格為主，如沙發和餐桌等，可融入老屋的風格，並營造出溫馨的氛圍。此外，音樂和老件的使用也可讓顧客在品嚐咖啡的同時感受到老屋的魅力和懷舊情懷。
研究係在台中市黎明新村干城街214巷租借一棟屋齡42年的房屋，針對其現有空間格局及室內氛圍等兩方向進行規劃設計，並結合老屋咖啡店的元素，實際將其改造成為老屋咖啡店，提供未來老屋咖啡店業者開店的建議。
本研究的結果顯示，在有限的預算下，透過機能性的探討和氛圍的設計，提出了六項設計手法，包括空間配置、植栽綠化、動線規劃、材料設定、色彩計畫及軟件配置，將老屋空間重新規劃設計成為咖啡店。證實了舊建築，可以成功地運用設計手法活化，讓它們獲得新的生命，並呈現出與過去不同的面貌。

The purpose of this study is to explore how to combine the historical elements of an old house with a café to create a unique interior atmosphere, in order to achieve the goal of transforming an old house into a café. A specific old house was selected for planning, design, and implementation, and the following features were incorporated: 1. Due to the unique historical value and cultural background of an old house, the original structure, elements, and details, such as load-bearing walls, wrought iron windows, and stairs, should be preserved as much as possible in the design. The use of decoration and color adjustments can highlight the features of the old house. 2. To create a comfortable atmosphere, details such as the spatial scale, flow of movement, and lighting configuration of the old house café must be carefully considered. 3. The furniture and soft furnishings of the old house café should be predominantly retro-style, such as sofas and dining tables, which can blend with the style of the old house and create a warm atmosphere. In addition, the use of music and vintage items can allow customers to experience the charm and nostalgia of the old house while enjoying their coffee.
The study involved renting a 42-year-old house located on Lane 214, Gancheng Street, Li-Ming New Village in Taichung City. The focus was on planning and designing the existing space layout and interior ambiance, while incorporating elements of a historic house cafe. The house was transformed into a historic house cafe, and recommendations were made for future historic house cafe operators.
The results of this study indicate that within a limited budget, six design techniques, including spatial arrangement, planting and greening, traffic flow planning, material selection, color scheme planning, and software configuration, were proposed through functional exploration and ambiance design to transform the old building 5
space into a café. This confirms that old buildings can be successfully revitalized through design techniques, giving them new life and presenting a different appearance from the past.
