以參與式設計促進青銀共融之商業空間改造創作研究

面對超高齡社會的來臨，老年人口占比逐年攀升，協助高齡者發揮其價值以及增進青銀兩世代彼此關係非常重要。本研究以參與式設計對青銀共融之影響為主要研究方向，並將研究結果呈現於「夢想嚴選商品區空間改造公益合作計畫」。首先以文獻探討青銀共融、參與式設計及商業空間設計之發展，並以個案研究分析兩個應用於社區設計中的參與式設計案例，將蒐集的資料統整及分析比對其表現手法並將結果應用於後續設計創作實驗上。接著對研究場域現況及改造需求進行田野調查，再以焦點團體訪談法帶領高齡者與青少年進行空間設計概念產出及執行，並以參與式觀察法與問卷調查進行研究結果之驗證。研究結果發現參與式設計可以為高齡者與青少年建立合作協力關係，在青銀共創之下可促進兩世代之傳承與交流。參與式設計的注入為高齡者提供了展現與貢獻知識經驗之平臺，因此提升高齡者社會角色價值、被社會視為依賴人口之負面印象也獲得改善，參與者亦透過這種跨世代交流學習到新知識及技能。

As the aging population continues to increase rapidly in the upcoming decades, it is crucial to improve self-worth of the elderly and enhance intergenerational relationships. This study aims to explore the impact of participatory design on fostering intergenerational solidarity by verify the research findings through the "Bulao Shop Space Design Charity Collaboration Project".

This research begins with a literature review, followed by a case study analysis of participatory design projects. The collected data is synthesized and analyzed to compare their design method, which are then applied to subsequent design experiments. Furthermore, a field investigation is conducted to understand the research field and design needs. This is followed by using focus group interview method to guide participants on design development and execution. The research findings are validated through participatory observation methods and questionnaire surveys.

This study reveals that participatory design able to build a cooperative relationship between the elderly and the youth while promoting intergenerational inheritance and communication. Participatory design provides a platform for the elderly to showcase and contribute their knowledge and experience. In addition to enhancing the social value of the elderly, young individuals can also develop a deeper understanding of the elderly through this process, thereby eliminating negative impression towards the elderly. Furthermore, participants have the potential to learn new knowledge and skills from this intergenerational interaction.
