現代化廚房設計探討

居住空間中，食物儲藏與料理空間的規劃配置，對於人類的生活有著無形的影響力，它不僅是處理日常三餐解決飲食需求的重要場所，更是家人或賓客來訪交誼活動空間之一。隨著生活水準提高，對廚房空間與機能配備的要求條件相對增加，從早期廚房建材以磚瓦砌成或是水泥堆疊而成，演變到今天各種材質結合的模組化概念廚房，它除了融入以人為本的設計理念外，還將人體工學、動線形式與物理環境等各種因素均納入考量，並對現代化的廚房規劃，考量影響人類生活品質的創作設計。本研究即以「現代化廚房」為發展背景，探討居家廚房空間與相鄰公共區域(餐廳與客廳)的配置樣態、各樣態中的廚房規劃配置與材質選用，透過各種個案的空間測繪調查後，歸納整理現代化廚房與室內空間相互對應之關係，提供設計師未來規劃廚房空間時，針對使用者的機能需求，提出最有利的思考方針，完成客製化餐廚室內空間設計參考指標。

It is not only the demand for daily meals, but also the space for family or guests to visit for social activities. The kitchen is important for solving the diet in indoor space place. With the improvement of living standards, emphasizing the ingredients and tastes at the same time, the requirements of the kitchen space and the performance requirements are relatively increased.

From early kitchen building materials to brick or cement stacked, today evolved into a variety of materials. combined modular concept kitchen, into the people-oriented design concepts, coupled with the body power, moving lines, air, sunshine and other Factors into account, and the kitchen area as a plan, the development of human life affect the quality of design creation.

Based on the development of "modern kitchens", this study defines the range of home and public facilities as the scope of the study. After conducting surveys and surveys on individual cases, we know the relationship between modern kitchens and indoor spaces. However, in the modern urban space environment, the kitchen occupies a subtle interaction relationship with the total number of living quarters and becomes the reference data for the planner in the design process. In the future, the kitchen plan can seek for the space characteristics and the target of user, fulfill client or designer needs and make room for personal dining.
