「紀錄生命的感動」-台中新社香菇栽種之影像故事創作

處於「影像」的時代，每個人都要學習用影像來幫自己及身邊的人記錄「生命」及「生活」中的感動，「用影像說在地的故事」以紀實攝影捕捉當下生命的蛻變和呈現當下之時、地、物，透過思考演繹影像創作，讓我們探索紀實攝影的存在價值，在記錄敘事生命的當下，這本身就是一種故事的陳訴，亦是個曖昧的傳遞，像是用詩文來紀實畫面一樣，它勾勒出我們對於畫面的情感，進而聚焦現實環境中的社會地景與生命處境，融入當下之在地風景與文化內涵，有鑒於，本創作研究希望透過鏡頭觀看新社這塊土地歷盡滄桑後的生活，見證新社菇農用心培育香菇，堅持自然農法栽種香菇，控管品質立足香菇在台灣的真實生活樣貌。
紀錄影片是以真實的將事實情感樣貌不造假的呈現，這需要長時間鎖定主題紀錄拍攝後才能產出的影像故事，運用各種新媒體平台，將紀實攝影播放傳遞製片者的訴求。
本創作研究採取田野調查方式，以紀實攝影及影片表現形式，真實記錄影像，以客觀、不帶預設立場尋找可以說故事的畫面，不造作花巧將事實展現出來，針對紀實攝影專書、紀錄影片分析及相關攝影師的創作梳理文獻方式進行蒐集，並整合分析。以「田野調查」作為敘訴性研究探討，透過「深度訪談」深入拍攝核心，以獲得較客觀之生活影像紀錄與探討故事脈絡，進而進行影像紀錄創作，創塑「香菇品牌故事」。
最後本創作研究歸納出三項結論如下：
(一)對生命的尊重並以生態環境為中心價值，藉由影像力量轉化激發對生活環境的關懷。
(二)從生命故事感動的層次，攝取視覺與美學之內在情緒，結合紀實影像創作，透過作品認識、傳承在地記憶影像，呈現感動的真實文化意涵。
(三)建立人與土地的影像視覺符號，讓決定性的瞬間，呈顯美的語彙，讓追求影像真實的捕捉紀錄，撼動觀看者靈魂的力量，吸引更多人對新社小農辛勞栽種香菇背後有更多認識。

In the era of “video,” everybody shall learn to record the image of the sensation in our life and living world surrounding us. Recording the moment and the change of time, things, and land of life is to speak a local photographic story through video image. Through such a creative photographic description by documentary photography, we try to consider the existence of value creation. The recording of the living world itself is a story telling as well as a transcription of an idea. This is like a poetic description. It sketches our emotion to the recording and help focusing on social landscaping and living condition of contemporary environment. This research intends to observe life of Xinshe through camera lenses and to witness how Xinshe farmers insist on natural farming and quality control in Shiitake mushroom cultivation.

while a documentary film involves taking live images to make presentation of reality without any falsification in the film. A documentary film often intends to document some aspect of reality which almost always requires much more effort over an extended period of time and putting these video stories on media platforms to deliver appeals from producers .
This innovative creation is a field research to truthfully taking photographs and films, and presenting them in a documentary film without subjective or judgmental statement. The productions of this research are a documentary photograph book, a documentary film and its analysis, and a literature review and analysis of photographic creations. The whole research process involves a series of fieldwork to explore the framework of this project; an array of in-depth interviews to get in-depth and more objective image, recordings and story, and image registration to complete the Shiitake mushroom brand story.

In conclusion, there are three significant results from this research:
1.The transformation of the care for living environment
through photographic power presenting the respect of
life and the core value of ecological environment.
2.From the sensational level of a living story, in
addition to the inner emotion of vision and aesthetics,
this documentary photography is presenting a truly
touching cultural content through the recognition of
the heritage of local image memory.
3.The establishment of visual symbols between human and
land for the determining moment to present its beauty.
This contemporary documentary captures the life image
to agitate the audience and helps people to get
familiar with the background of Xinshe farmers’ efforts
in nurturing Shiitake mushroom plantation.
