職場偏差行為與職場友誼關係之研究

職場友誼已成為許多學者所關心的焦點。職場友誼?但能提升員工工作效?，?能?低工作壓?。但職場友誼有其優點卻也有風險。職場友誼可能隱藏許多企業者未發現的職場偏差?為。過去研究曾注意，當員工花較多的時間在與同事交際，較容?有職場偏差?為傾向。但?者關係尚未證實。此外，個體會因自我監控程??同，表現出?同的?為。而過去研究也發現工作滿意會影響職場友誼。因此本研究目的在檢驗職場偏差?為與職場友誼之關係，並探討自我監控與工作滿意的干擾效果，以釐清變?之間關係。研究樣本包含478位，以紙本問卷與網?問卷同時進?調查。並透過文獻探討將?齡、性別、婚姻、工作任期、學?為統計上的控制變?。研究結果發現，組織偏差?為、網上閒逛?為與職場友誼呈現相當程?的正相關。自我監控程?對職場偏差?為與職場友誼關係未具干擾。而工作滿意，則對人際偏差?為、組織偏差?為與職場友誼關係有干擾作用。因此最後根據研究結果，本研究將提出討?以及對後續研究與管?上之建議。

Workplace friendship has received increasing attention from scholars. Not only can it promote job effectiveness but it also decreases work stress. However, workplace friendship has advantage, but it’s also has some risks. Workplace friendship may cover some workplace deviance behavior in organization. Research have mentioned that if people spend more time on interaction of personal relationship will have high percent on workplace deviance behavior. But they have not been discussed deeply. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between workplace deviance behavior and workplace friendship, as well as the moderating effect of self monitoring and job satisfaction. Factors influencing workplace friendship included demographics as control variables in this study. Our finding indicated that organizational deviance and cyberloafing have significant relationship with workplace friendship. And job satisfaction can influence the relationship between workplace deviance behavior and workplace friendship. Finally, implications of these finding and suggestions were discussed.
