鄭建華吳善琪2025-08-072025-08-072023-09-11U0061-0807202311582400https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-0807202311582400https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/437近年來，商業插畫在社會中的認識逐漸成熟，並廣泛應用於各個商業領域。而科技和網路的進步讓插畫家能夠以更多元的方式經營事業。其中，將商業插畫轉化為「素材」形式銷售成為一種成功的商業模式。素材作為設計工作者不可或缺的資源，具有高解析度、類型多元、價格低廉等優點。然而，在素材市場中，品質和數量的過度供應也成為一個問題，素材的創作者需要找到創作符合需求的作品的脈絡。研究者作為商業插畫家，對素材所帶來的便利和商業收益非常感興趣。因此，希望從中找到一份有效的素材創作方法。 同時，隨著性別意識的抬頭，社會對「男女同志」、「跨性別」及「酷兒」等多元性別有更多的認識。然而，在現今的社會中仍然存在許多問題，特別是在職場環境中出現的霸凌現象。這說明社會對於多元性別的認知仍然存在很大的進步空間。為應對這種情況，本研究選擇以突出「多元性別」在職場環境中的自然存在為商業插畫素材的創作主題。在創作範圍上，研究者選擇以台灣就業通針對通俗職業所列出之22項職業為創作內容的範疇。 本研究創作共分三個部分進行，分別是：文獻探討、多元性別插畫作品分析以及設計創作。研究成果與建議為：1. 在創作素材的前期作業階段，擬定有計畫性的創作步驟，包括風格擬定、色彩主題、符號策略等。如此可更符合市場需求。 2. 創作可考慮素材的「系列性」，包括一致的風格、相似的配色主題和不同視角呈現相同物件等要素，以提供更豐富的素材選擇，增加素材使用者的便利性和選擇性。3. 創作者應有效利用建議詞彙、相關素材案例，以及高下載率素材的詞彙，來迅速形成適切的關鍵字，提升素材的可見度。Illustration has become a vital part of element in nowadays market. One successful business model is transforming these works into "Stock illustration” for sale. Stock illustration serve as an essential resource for designers, offering advantages such as high resolution, diverse types, and affordable prices. However, in the stock illustration market, there is an issue of oversupply in terms of quantity and quality, and creators need to find the context to create works that meet the demand. As a researcher and illustrator, I am interested in the convenience and commercial benefits that stock illustration brings. Therefore, I hope to find an effective approach to creating stock illustration. As the diversity of genders became more and more aware by the public, people are more acquainted with the meaning of “gay”, “lesbian, “trans” and even “queer”. However, the visual symbols that distinguish gender in everyday life, such as occupational images and hygiene spaces, mostly still confined to the binary gender concept of male and female. To address this situation, this study chooses to highlight the natural presence of "diverse genders" in the workplace as the theme for creating stock illustrations. In terms of the scope of creation, the researchers have selected the 22 occupations listed by the TaiwanJobs as the content category. This research are divided into three main parts: "Literature Review", "Analysis of Gender Diversity Illustrations ", and "Design Creation". After thorough investigation, the following conclusions and suggestions were derived：1. During the initial phase of creating materials, it is essential to establish a planned creative process, including style determination, color themes, symbol strategies, and more. This ensures that the resulting works align better with market demands. 2. Create cohesive stock assets with consistent style, color themes, and diverse perspectives to offer a broader selection for users. 3. Utilize effective keywords and reference relevant examples to establish appropriate keywords quickly.
