王伶芳邱惠君2025-08-112025-08-112024-07-21U0061-2107202201315000https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-2107202201315000https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/914本研究以7歲以上軟骨發育不全症者為研究對象,透過文獻回顧與軟骨發育不全症關懷協會會員網路問卷調查,瞭解該族群生理、心理特質與居家環境使用問題。從問卷調查對象中,以有跟正常體態的家人同住者為對象,洽詢13歲以上患者之受訪意願,挑選出6個典型案例,並應用現況調查與半結構式訪談進行居住環境現況與使用需求的初步探討。本研究目的:1)探討軟骨發育不全症者的外顯特徵及人體尺度;2)探討軟骨發育不全症者的居家生活環境與使用現況;3)分析因障礙產生的行為改變及環境調整;4)歸納患者對於居家生活空間及設備使用的需求,依據人體尺寸值擬定適合軟骨發育不全症者的無障礙環境尺寸,以提供將來進行空間規劃時之參考。 綜合居家環境的使用現況、環境行為及身體尺寸三個面向,對空間中硬體及軟體設施提出改善建議,經由量測及統計軟骨發育不全症者之身體尺寸,繪製出不同年齡區段之身體尺寸圖,建立基本數據資訊,並提出基本坐姿及站姿的尺寸建議,做為將來設計時之參考。 研究發現,患者因身材特徵,於居家環境使用大多是為了解決高度及深度問題,解決問題的同時也可能造成空間及家人的負擔。建議居家生活環境應重視每一位成員的需求,讓使用率達到最大化並降低患者使用輔助器具的頻率。透過患者身體平均尺寸,本研究制定出適合患者的坐椅尺寸高為25.4cm、深28cm、寬34.5cm,除了高度不變,深度及寬度皆可依據個人體型胖瘦、習慣及舒適度調整,桌子建議為50cm高。站立時以70cm~126cm為最佳操作高度,視覺高度為107.1cm。與家人共用的廚具,可增加15~20cm的踢腳抽設計,讓高度差維持在70cm。期望透過此研究能讓軟骨發育不全症者從習慣配合,到建議患者家庭主動改善並擁有更舒適的居家環境。This study took achondroplasia patients over 7 years old as the research object, and through literature review and online questionnaire survey of association members to understand the group's physiological, psychological characteristics and the use of the home environment. From the respondents of the questionnaire survey, taking family members living with normal posture as the object, inquiring about the willingness of patients over 13 years old to be interviewed, selecting 6 typical cases, and using the current situation survey and semi-structured interview to analyze the current situation of the living environment Preliminary discussion with usage requirements. Purpose of this study: (1) To explore the appearance characteristics and human scale of achondroplasia patients. (2) To explore the home living environment and usage status of patients with achondroplasia. (3) Analyze behavioral changes and environmental adjustments due to barriers. (4) Summarize the needs of patients for home living space and equipment use, and formulate the size of the barrier-free environment suitable for patients with achondroplasia according to the size of the human body, so as to provide a reference for future space planning. Based on the three aspects of the use status, environmental behavior and body size of the home environment, suggestions for improving the hardware and software facilities in the space are put forward, Through the measurement and statistics of the body size of achondroplasia patients, the body size chart of different age groups is drawn, and the basic data information is established, and put forward the size suggestions for basic sitting and standing postures as a reference for future design. The study found that due to the characteristics of the patient's body, most of the patients' use in the home environment is to solve the problem of height and depth. Solving the problem may also cause the burden of space and family members. It is recommended that the home living environment should pay attention to the needs of each member, maximize the use rate and reduce the frequency of patients using assistive devices. Based on the average size of the patient's body, this study determined that the seat size suitable for the patient is 25.4cm in height, 28cm in depth, and 34.5cm in width. In addition to the same height, the depth and width can be adjusted according to individual body shape, habits and comfort. The recommended height of the table is 50cm.When standing, the optimal operating height is 70cm~126cm, and the visual height is 107.1cm. For kitchen utensils shared with family members, a 15-20cm skirting drawer design can be added to keep the height difference at 70cm.
