李琦華潘琳達2025-08-112025-08-112018-12-28U0061-0701201913390700https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-0701201913390700https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/873本研究從老舊社區更新的角度以及在此都更下族群之間的關係，利用透明性理論改善巷弄空間作為研究的內容，屬於質性的研究，研究方法以不影響居民生活方式進行「深度訪談」與「直接觀察紀錄」的方式來研究，並藉由里長的參與進到居民的家裡進一步觀察與體驗，融入在地的生活圈。 研究發現老舊社區建築年代久遠有朽壞之虞、建築物佈局為有機形式，因此道路狹小曲折是舊社區的特色，為都市計畫中優先被改善的地區。 而近幾年來老舊社區再發展的議題不斷浮出檯面，抗議的聲浪不斷，不禁開始思考更新的本質是什麼？都更所提出來的都是巨大的改變，但這個背景是來自於相信人口是正成長，經濟成長率提高，所以現在的都更一定都是剷除低矮的老房子蓋二十幾層的高樓，從數據上可顯示經濟成長率、生育率有逐漸下滑的趨勢，而空屋率卻逐漸升高； 思考回到都更的本質，促使都市土地有計劃之再開發利用，復甦都市機能，改善居住環境，增進公共利益的理念，提出一種新的方式，同時關心族群在此區域的生活方式，也讓此區所面臨的社會族群的問題能獲得改善。 以臺中市北區太平路巷弄為例，此基地位於熱鬧的商圈中，卻保有老舊社區的尺度，此巷弄中存在著不同的族群與生活型態，以巷弄中的公共空間為這次研究的範圍，因為巷弄特有蜿蜒的紋理，產生視覺遮擋的感受，利用透明性理論探討巷弄公共性改善的可能性，讓此巷弄不只是舊社區變得安全舒適一些，而是讓族群之間良好的鄰里關係能延續下去。This research shows the relationship between the groups from the view of old community renewal. Use the transparency theory to improve alley space as the research content. This is a qualitative research that uses depth interview and direct observation record to do the research without disturbing the residents. With the help of the chief of village to enter the resident’s house to do further observation and blend into local living circle. The research found out that the old community with old building had some decay and the layout is organic, so the narrow roads are the features of old community. This is the feature that had been changed in priority within urban renewal. The issue of old community development had been discussed constantly and the protest does not stop. We start wondering what is the essence of it? Urban renewal is all about massive changes, but this is based on believing the population will keep growing and the economic will keep thriving. But the birth rate is declining and the vacant rate is growing. The thinking comes back to the essence of urban renewal. Motivating the development of city lands and recovering city function to improve living environment and public interests. We hope to bring up new kinds of ways for communities to live in this area and improve the problems that they faced. Take the alley in Taiping road, north district, Taichung city as an example, it is based in lively business district, but still keeps the old community scale. This alley has different groups and life style. We choose the public spaces as the research area is because the alley is winding, which generate the feeling of view blocking. We took advantage of transparency theory to explore the possibility of public improvement.
