陳榮昌陳志騰呂思穎2025-08-282025-08-282024-03-22U0061-2102202416113200https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-2102202416113200https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/1302面對氣候變遷,全球掀起綠色工業革命的浪潮,紛紛投入零碳經濟與綠色供應鏈建置。近年來,因電動車蓬勃發展,台灣汽車零組件的供應鏈,已被各國重視。然而,該產業的中小企業占比高,在人才與資源限制下,各項改善活動仍多仰賴政府資源。為克服企業困境,本研究運用現行中小企業普遍使用的Microsoft Excel,建立排程問題最佳化的求解模型。並使用其內建的規劃求解應用程式「Solver」,進行目標函數「最小化總碳排放量」的求解,再將某汽車零組件中心廠單一工作站的資料做為數值案例。分析結果顯示,透過排程最佳化後,該此工作站的總碳排放量、用電量皆有顯著改善。此外,排程最佳化有助於企業降低生產成本,更能減少未來碳稅/碳費繳交金額。本研究成果由排程模型安排出機台能耗最佳化的排程,大幅減少能源消耗,實質幫助中小企業在綠色工業中,相關改善活動的執行建議,以更精實的方式,為地球永續盡心力。The world is currently undergoing a green industrial revolution in response to climate change, with investments being made in zero-carbon economies and green supply chains. Thanks to the rapid development of electric vehicles, Taiwan's auto parts supply chain has gained recognition from various countries. The industry is indeed characterized by a high proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that rely on government resources for improvement activities due to talent and resource constraints. However, this study has developed a solution model for optimizing the scheduling problem using Microsoft Excel, which is commonly used by SMEs. This approach will undoubtedly help SMEs overcome this dilemma with ease. Utilizing the built-in Solver application, we successfully achieved our objective of minimizing total carbon emissions. Our numerical case study, which utilized data from a single workstation in an auto parts manufacturing factory, demonstrated a significant improvement in both the total carbon emissions and power consumption of the workstation through scheduling optimization. Optimizing scheduling will reduce production costs and future carbon taxes/fees for the company. The study's results are based on a scheduling model that optimizes machine energy consumption, significantly reducing energy usage.
