廖采如林郁琦2025-08-112025-08-112010-06-18U0061-0807201011272700https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-0807201011272700本研究利用2007年1413家台灣集團至中國投資的子公司為研究樣本,探討集團資源、國際經驗、集團在已開發國家及開發中國家之國際經驗、中國當地及內陸經驗與集團子公司績效之關係。本研究依據國際經驗與組織學習理論,進一步探討集團海外投資之經驗對集團子公司績效之影響。本研究發現集團資源、國際經驗、投資開發中國家之經驗對子公司會產生學習的效果,並幫助子公司提升績效。然而,集團投資已開發國家之經驗對子公司之績效有負向影響。According to organization learning perspective, this study explores the impact that business groups resources, international experiences and local experiences have in enhancing group affliates’performance. Analysis in this study, were base on a sample comprised of 1413 Taiwanese business group affliliates investing in China.
