林承謙蔡逸亭2025-08-072025-08-072025-03-05U0061-2101202517230100https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-2101202517230100https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/558現代職場不僅要求專業知識的深度，更強調學習者的靈活應對能力，學習需求已超越單純的知識獲取，轉向終身學習的全面發展。儘管MOOC 「大規模開放式線上課程」（Massive Open Online Courses, 簡稱 MOOC）平台註冊人數增加，但課程完成率僅5%，顯示多數使用者未完成或中斷學習。研究表明，缺乏策略支持的學習者難以持續投入，而現有平台仍以內容傳遞為主，未聚焦於策略驅動。本研究旨在設計一個以「強化學習策略功能」為核心的開放式學習平台，聚焦於提升學習者的策略使用能力，從而增強自主學習的效果。本研究透過三個階段設計平台：第一階段為使用者經驗研究，此階段透過深度訪談，以了解使用者於日常學習時遭遇的問題，再者進行現有學習平台測試，以搜集更多現有平台操作痛點，作為下一階段的設計參考和發展方向 ; 第二階段則提出設計解決方案並實際製作平台原型 ; 第三階段的使用者經驗測試透過質性訪談與量化評估量表深入了解學習者使用平台前後之經驗差異性。最後將實驗的結果歸納整合，提供開發者未來於開放式學習平台設計上的參考。其研究目標總結為：（1）透過訪談學習者的學習經驗，挖掘更多潛在自主學習需求與痛點。（2）根據使用者經驗研究所得出結果，提出最佳化設計（3）針對新設計原型進行介面設計評估，並歸納研究結果與建議，提供未來開放式學習平台設計上之參考。而使用者經驗測試研究結果顯示：（1）學習者普遍認為「課程時間表」對進度管理具有幫助，但期望其設計更加靈活，從而滿足學習者目標導向的需求。（2）此外於「本週學習清單」中透過連動課程規劃表生成短期計劃，學習者能更直觀地檢視本週進度並調整學習目標，從而有效實現長期學習成果。（3）「筆記複習」功能的設計能有效減少分心與重複操作，進一步提升學習專注度。（4）學習者在「學習問答區」功能中希望快速找到問題解答，避免因瀏覽過多聊天內容而浪費時間。測試與優化的結果期許為未來開放式學習平台的設計提供更清晰的建議與實踐參考。Modern workplaces emphasize both deep expertise and adaptability, shifting learning needs from knowledge acquisition to lifelong growth.
