徐豐明陳誼玲2025-08-112025-08-112022-09-13U0061-2208202214574600https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-2208202214574600https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/804數位科技浪潮與人工智慧的進步,使語音助理成為熱門研究議題,如:Apple Siri、Amazon Alexa、Microsoft Cortana、Google Assistant 等智能語音助理。自2020年受到新冠肺炎(COVID-19)影響,許多企業開始採取遠距面試來減少近距離接觸; 而現已有不少企業將智能語音助理導入企業面試系統來協助徵才,因此本研究以 語音助理對求職面試者的人格特質進行探討,藉以評估人們面對語音助理時的人 格特質與網路問卷結果是否具有差異,以及使用者的背景變項於人格特質的回答上是否受語音助理影響。 本研究樣本共計 234 人,其中包含預試階段 194 人及正式測驗 40 人,男女比例皆各半,且具有工作經驗者。預試階段以便利抽樣方式蒐集問卷樣本數據,通過項目分析、探索性因素分析進行正式測驗題目的刪篩。正式測驗中,以網路問卷填答作為前測,與語音助理互動問答作為後測,並透過成對樣本 T 檢定來檢驗 前後測結果是否有顯著差異。結果顯示:使用者在與語音助理進行互動時,在人格特質上除了親和性以外,開放性、嚴謹性、外向性、神經質皆和網路問卷填答具顯著差異,表示人們面對語音助理時的回答與直覺性回答有所差異。 而在探討人格特質與個人背景之間的相關性時,發現僅有嚴謹性在目前職業 上於前後測中存在顯著差異,其餘人格特質在背景變項上均未發現顯著差異。不同職業人士在網路問卷填答時,以製造業的嚴謹性最高,學生的嚴謹性最低,而在面對語音助理時,學生的嚴謹性依舊最低,服務業的嚴謹性最高。The progress of digital technology and the advancement of artificial intelligence have made voice assistants a hot research topic, such as Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, Microsoft Cortana, Google Assistant, and other intelligent voice assistants. Affected by COVID-19 in 2020, many companies have begun to adopt remote interviews to reduce close contact; and many domestic companies have introduced intelligent voice assistants into the corporate interview system to assist in recruiting talents. Therefore, this study uses voice assistants to explore job interviewers' personality traits to evaluate whether people's personality traits, when faced with a voice assistant, differ from the results of the online questionnaire. In addition, whether the voice assistant affects the user's background variables in the responses to personality traits. The study sample, a total of 234 people, encompasses 194 for the pre-test and 40 for the official test, half male to female and with work experience as laborers. The pre-test uses convenience sampling to collect questionnaire samples and tests the questionnaire results by item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to get a formal questionnaire. The formal test uses an online questionnaire as a pretest and interacts with a voice assistant as a posttest. Finally, through paired t-test to test whether there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. The results showed that users' Big Five personality traits, except for Agreeableness, were significant differences between the pretest-posttest results. When discussing the correlation between personality traits and personal background, it can be seen that only conscientiousness significantly differs in current occupation in the pretest-posttest, and other personality traits have no significant difference in background variables. When people from different occupations filled in the online questionnaire, manufacturing had the highest conscientiousness, and students had the lowest conscientiousness. However, interacting with voice assistants, the students still have the lowest conscientiousness.
