王伶芳盧瑞云2025-08-112025-08-112018-06-21U0061-2008201815101100https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-2008201815101100https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/910在居家空間中，客廳配置及擺設，一直是室內設計的重點，而客廳空間也是家人相處時間最長、最容易展示在客人面前的地方，為了讓家人放鬆心情，或是讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺，客廳的佈置往往是最需要花費心思的空間。 　　隨著經濟的發展，房價居高不下，在局限空間中為彰顯視覺舒適開闊空間及提升生活品質，幫住宅進行室內裝修、格局變更已成為家戶常見的修繕行為。雖然，多數居住者對於空間的裝修型態及資源取得不易，在各類型的家戶面積及居住人數，對空間格局與客廳面積的規劃及需求亦有所不同。目前有關客廳方面的研究成果多朝向空間規劃、室內風格及家具擺設等面向進行探討，缺乏有關住宅家戶面積與客廳單元空間面積規劃關係的基礎研究，是故對於客廳所需空間量、不同規模的客廳其電視牆設計與機能提供的標準、不同時期電視牆設計風格演變與元素應用特徵方面的研究成果相對匱乏。坊間雖然有眾多室內設計雜誌可供參考，但因缺乏系統性的整理，致使許多設計從業人員、設計學習者，在配置空間及從事電視牆立面規劃時，難以掌握設計重點，致使工作效能大幅降低。 　　因此，本研究以刊登於「IW傢飾」雜誌中的電梯大樓及公寓住宅案例為研究對象，收集2008年~2017年間的住宅平面圖及客廳電視牆面的照片，透過電腦繪圖進行空間描圖、面積計算、比例分割、與類型化分析，欲瞭解客廳規劃的特徵，並從建築住宅類型、家戶面積、客廳空間面積、電視牆立面形式、材質運用等面向，探討影響客廳電視牆設計的相關因素。 　　本研究目的如下： 1.探討居家空間坪數與客廳空間面積比的關係。 2.探討空間格局與空間面積對於客廳牆面設計形式的影響。 3.比較相同牆體面積下，立面設計手法的特徵，包含分割、風格及機能。 　　本研究發現，客廳面積規劃與家戶面積成正比，家戶面積越大客廳面積越大，居住人數也較多，且電視牆立面的形式多規劃朝向裝飾作用，常運用石材做簡易的裝修，視覺感越氣派，但統整而言，不論家戶面積如何，客廳面積至少應佔家戶面積的八分之一較為適宜。電視牆的設計型態也因為家戶面積由大到小的轉變，從原本僅裝飾作用的電視牆逐漸變成收納作用，以滿足不足的收納空間的問題，其風格也從奢華風逐漸轉變成現代風或簡約風。The living room furnishings has been the focus of interior design in the living room space. Also , the living room is the place where people spend the longest time to get along with their family, and it is the easist space to catch your friends’ eye. In order to let the family relax, or let guests feel at home, the living room Arrangement need to spend more time designing it. 　　With the economic development, the prices of the house are high. In order to manifest the visual comfort and open space and enhance the quality of life. Helping residential interior decoration, pattern changes have become common household repair behavior. However, most occupants have difficulty in the decoration and resources of the space, the needs for the spatial type and the living room area of the unit are also different because of the dissimilarity of the household size and the number of occupants in the family. At present, the research results on the living room are mostly oriented towards spatial planning, interior style and furniture layout. The lack of basic research on the relationship between the residential area and the living room unit space area is the space required for the living room and the scale. The living room's TV wall design and performance standards, the evolution of the TV wall design style and the application characteristics of the elements in different periods are relatively scarce. Although there are many interior design magazines available for reference, due to the lack of systematic organization, many design practitioners and design learners have difficulty in mastering design priorities when designing space and engaging in video wall facade planning, resulting in significant work efficiency reduce. 　　Therefore, the object of study here are the apartment works and apartment complex published in the "IW furnishings", which collected the residential floor plans and the living room TV wall from 2008 to 2017. Through AutoCAD space tracing, area calculation, split ratio and type of analysis, we understand the living area planning features. Calculation, proportional division, and type analysis, to understand the characteristics of living room planning, and to explore the influence of living room TV wall design from the aspects of building type, household area, living room space, TV wall facade form, material use, etc. factor. 　　The purpose of this study is as follows: 1. Exploring the relationship between the number of home space and the living room space ratio. 2. Exploring the influence of spatial pattern and spatial area on the design of living room wall. 3. Compare the characteristics of the facade design techniques under the same wall area, including segmentation, style and function. 　　The study found that the living room area plan is directly proportional to the size of the household. The larger the size of the living room, the larger the living room area and the larger the number of people living. The form of the TV wall façade is more oriented towards the decorative effect, often using stone for simple decoration. The sense of visuality is more and more stylish, but in terms of the size of the household, the living room area should be at least one-eighth of the size of the household. The design style of the TV wall has also changed from a luxury to a modern one due to the change of the size of the household from large to small, from the original decorative TV wall to the storage function to meet the problem of insufficient storage space.
