洪祺森何佳穎2025-08-072025-08-072023-09-12U0061-0509202305585700https://www.airitilibrary.com/Publication/alDetailedMesh1?DocID=U0061-0509202305585700https://nutcir-lib.nutc.edu.tw/handle/123456789/399傳統工藝產業逐漸沒落,工藝的產業鏈斷層也越發的嚴重,自2007年開始國立臺灣工藝研究所(今國立臺灣工藝研究發展中心)推動時尚工藝計畫,讓傳統工藝與當代設計進行協同設計的互動,不同領域不同理念,創造出不一樣的成果,將臺灣工藝推廣於世界,Yii品牌也因而誕生,而這樣的契機以及機會,讓更多工藝家之作品有著不同樣貌也有了不同設計思維。 Yii品牌計畫創造許多工藝家與設計師跨領域合作之傑出成果,於計畫第一期至第五期過程中共有29位工藝家31 位設計師參與此計畫中,合創成果共有120件,其中78件收錄於Yii品牌專刊中,合創時期創造了相當亮眼的成績,因此本研究主要探討Yii品牌時尚工藝計畫探討推行跨域人才協同設計之實施策略,以及過程中工藝家與設計師合創時協同設計模式。本研究主要採用兩種研究方法,首先進行專家深度訪談,藉由訪談了解於Yii品牌計畫中的細節以及過程,資料分析後歸納出工藝家與設計師進行合創過程中的主體進行分類得出結論。 本研究結果分析出Yii計畫過程中工藝家與設計師研究採用的三項模式:「階層式協同設計模式」、「迴圈式協同設計模式」以及「混合式協同設計模式」,此外也了解到合創過程中工藝類別的不同運行模式也有所不同。一項事情的設計及誕生加入不同領域的思維,將會創造出不同的可能性,不同產業加入也會促使需要有更加完善的合作模式,已有效達到最終目標,希望於未來臺灣的工藝產業能有更多不同的創新思維,讓原本已衰落的傳統產業因而得到產業復甦的機會,將臺灣的文化及工藝繼續傳承與推廣下去。The traditional craft industry is gradually declining, and the industrial chain of crafts is getting more and more serious. Since 2007, the National Taiwan Research Institute of Arts and Crafts (now the National Taiwan Research and Development Center for Arts and Crafts) has been promoting the fashionable craft project, so as to let the traditional crafts and the contemporary design interact with each other in a synergistic design, and different fields with different concepts have created different results to promote the Taiwan crafts to the world, and the Yii brand was born as a result of that. The Yii brand was born as a result of this, and the opportunity and chance to make more craftsmen's works have different looks and different design ideas. The Yii brand project has created many outstanding results of cross-disciplinary cooperation between craftsmen and designers. From the first to the fifth phases of the project, a total of 29 craftsmen and 31 designers have participated in the project, with a total of 120 pieces of co-created works, of which 78 pieces have been included in the Yii brand special issue, which is an outstanding achievement during the co-creation period. Therefore, this study mainly focuses on the implementation of the Yii brand fashion and crafts project. Therefore, this study focuses on the implementation strategy of the Yii brand's fashion craft programme to explore the implementation of cross-disciplinary talent collaborative design, and the collaborative design mode of the craftsmen and designers during the process of co-creating. This study adopts two main research methods: firstly, in-depth interviews with experts were conducted to understand the details and process of the Yii brand project, and then the data was analysed to categorise the subjects in the process of co-creation between craftspeople and designers to draw conclusions. The results of this study analysed the three modes used by the craftsmen and designers in the Yii project: "hierarchical collaborative design mode", "circular collaborative design mode", and "hybrid collaborative design mode", and it was also understood that the modes of operation in the collaborative process varied according to the type of crafts. The incorporation of ideas from different fields into the design and birth of a project will create different possibilities, and the incorporation of different industries will also lead to the need for a more perfect mode of co-operation in order to effectively achieve the ultimate goal.
