利用IDEF0與U型生產線進行生產流程改善之研究-以A公司為例

本研究探討A公司利用IDEF0與U型生產線進行生產流程改善。根據A公司雲筍生產的現況，藉由IDEF0流程圖協助後，可將目前生產流程執行的工作及其順序依序排列，並針對瓶頸部分蒐集數據，據以探討雲筍生產管理的作業流程。本研究提出導入U型線生產以改善生產效率，研究結果顯示經模擬導入U型線生產後，所需人力從傳統的生產作業所需要的三位生產人員減少到兩位，並根據設置U型線成本效益分析結果，試算出3.3年即可回本。對於A公司而言，以長期永續經營來看待，U型線導入生產管理將為可行的方案。

This study investigated the use of IDEF0 and U-shaped production line with A company for production process improvement. According to the current status of A company, this research use IDEF0 diagrams to illustrate A’s production process of bamboo shoots, and collected the working time for each step. Against A’s production bottlenecks, this study introduced U-shaped production line to improve its production efficiency. The experimental results show that: after importing the U-shaped production line, the necessary manpower was reduced to two from three. Furthermore, according to the cost-benefit analysis, the payback period is only 3.3 years. This shows, setting up U-shaped line is really a feasible option.
