Abstract
3D動畫的魅力在於它能將創意和現實無縫地融合在一起,創造出超越現實界線的視覺體驗。從逼真的自然現象模擬到奇幻世界的構建,不僅能夠呈現豐富細膩的虛擬世界,還能透過3D特效和細節處理增強動畫的真實性和流暢感,進能豐富動畫的視覺表現,與增強故事的沉浸感和情感共鳴,為故事增添更多的可能性和深度。
本研究透過一款專為Autodesk 3ds Max設計的粒子模擬外掛:tyFlow,製作複雜的粒子效果和物理模擬,透過tyFlow最佳化效能的運算方式,提升處理高數量粒子和複雜模擬的效率,保有大量效果的品質也確保更快的算圖時間。
同時透過這項研究獲得的知識和技能,應用於3D電腦動畫《山都木客》短片創作。內容以17世紀福爾摩沙美麗島嶼之名「臺灣」為主場,對比21世紀的生態環境,並以山中精靈「山都木客」,人稱「魔神仔」作為媒介,來闡述全球共同面臨的問題“環境遭受人類破害,導致動植物頻臨絕種”,呼籲觀眾重視環保議題,也藉此推廣臺灣特有的動植物之美。

The charm of 3D animation lies in its ability to seamlessly blend creativity with reality, creating visual experiences that transcend the boundaries of the real world. From simulating realistic natural phenomena to constructing fantastical worlds, 3D animation not only presents a richly detailed virtual world but also enhances the realism and fluidity of the animation through 3D effects and meticulous detail handling. This enriches the visual expression of the animation, enhances the immersion and emotional resonance of the story, and adds more possibilities and depth to the narrative.
This thesis utilizes tyFlow, a particle simulation plugin specifically designed for Autodesk 3ds Max, to create complex particle effects and physical simulations. By optimizing performance through tyFlow's computation methods, this thesis provides the methods to enhance the efficiency of handling a high number of particles and complex simulations, and maintain the quality of numerous effects while ensuring faster rendering times. Additionally, tyFlow’s precise control over particle behavior is used to create realistic physical simulations and intricate visual effects.
The knowledge and skills gained from this research are applied to the creation of the 3D computer animation short film " Shandu Muke," set in the 17th-century island of Formosa, Taiwan. The story contrasts the ecological environment of the 21st century and uses the mountain spirit "Shandu Muke" (known as the " Mosina ") to highlight the global issue of environmental degradation caused by human activities, leading to the endangerment of flora and fauna. The film aims to raise awareness about environmental protection and promote the beauty of Taiwan's unique flora and fauna.
