負面新聞對企業永續供應鏈管理作為影響力之研究：以台灣上市櫃公司為例

本研究探討企業在面臨負面新聞事件時，對其永續供應鏈管理實踐性作為的影響力。研究針對公開媒體報導的負面新聞事件，與環境和社會兩面向的供應鏈管理作為之間的關係進行分析。研究收集2018年至2020年75間本國企業的負面新聞數量、TESG永續發展指標與隔年的供應鏈管理分數為樣本數據，經由多元迴歸分析實證結果表明，企業在成為負面新聞事件報導的主角後，並不會明顯提升其永續供應鏈管理作為，但環境與社會兩個面向的負面事件相比，環境的永續供應鏈作為有明顯的提升。此外，研究的結果也顯示，相較高度發展國家，目前台灣企業對於負面新聞事件的後續實踐性作為仍有待加強，應鼓勵供應鏈決策者，廣泛地考慮利害關係人如何看待企業及全球供應鏈管理的營運模式。

This study explores the influences of companies on their sustainable supply chain management practices when faced the negative news events. The analysis focuses on the relationship between negative news events reported in the public media and supply chain management practices in the environmental and social dimensions. The study collected data from 75 domestic companies between 2018 and 2020, including the number of negative news events, the TESG sustainability development index, and the subsequent year's supply chain management scores. The empirical results from multiple regression analysis indicate that companies, after becoming the subject of negative news events, do not significantly enhance their sustainable supply chain management practices. However, when comparing negative events in the environmental and social dimensions, the sustainable supply chain performance of the environment has been significantly improved. Furthermore, the results of the study also suggest that compared to highly developed countries, Taiwanese companies still need to strengthen their subsequent practical in response to following negative news events. It would be better to support the decision-makers to consider the stakeholders perceive the operational models of companies and global supply chain management extensively.
