Abstract
This paper uses Kinect Azure depth sensor and Unity to develop a somatosensory rehabilitation game. This game is mainly used for patients with Adhesive Capsulitis. Through games, it helps patients to perform active rehabilitation of the shoulder joints. The game-type rehabilitation with interactive feedback is used to increase adhesion. The initiative and enthusiasm of patients with bursitis shoulders for rehabilitation make rehabilitation no longer boring and tedious, and improve the efficiency of rehabilitation of patients. Patients with adhesive capsulitis need to continue to rehabilitate the shoulder joints so that the shoulder joints will not be stuck continuously. Gradually extend the angle of the shoulder joints and allow them to recover. During the rehabilitation process, in order to ensure the movement Physiotherapist should guide the correct action. In addition to the cost of transportation to and from the hospital, the tedious rehabilitation process also makes the patient tired of rehabilitation, which makes the rehabilitation unable to achieve the desired results, causing the patient rejection of reconstruction. This research cooperated with the Rehabilitation Department of Children's General Hospital to design this somatosensory rehabilitation game, using Kinect Azure depth sensor to detect body joints and accurately calculate the shoulder joint opening and closing angles of patients with adhesive capsulitis. We develop a somatosensory rehabilitation game with interactive feedback, and increase the patient’s motivation for rehabilitation through the game. We measure the maximum opening and closing angle of the patient’s shoulder joint at the beginning and the end of the screen, so that the patient can follow the actual situation Choose the appropriate level of difficulty for the condition, and then perform rehabilitation with appropriate intensity. We record the maximum opening and closing angle of the shoulder joint for medical reference by physicians and rehabilitation practitioners.
