Abstract
一、 研究目的:因應永續發展的趨勢,在聯合國提出的 17 項永續發展目標中,本研究欲實踐的是第 11 項「永續城鄉」及第 12 項「責任消費與生產」,期望透過本研究物流循環包裝接受度量表了解消費者循環使用的意識與行為,並藉由循環包裝的循環利用,促使消費者生活在永續的環境中。
二、 研究方法:根據量表發展步驟發展物流循環包裝接受度量表,並分別進行三次的問卷收集,透過探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、法則效度的評估和競爭模式的衡量標準,分析量表的信度和效度,以及最佳研究模式之選擇。
三、 研究結果:本研究歸納出「預循環」、「環境與廢棄物管理」、「使用永續包裝」、「去物質化和協同消費」共四個構面,並採用二階研究模式,發展出物流循環包裝接受度量表,共計 19 個題項,根據各項分析結果顯示,本研究物流循環包裝接受度量表具有信、效度,因此具有參考價值。
四、 研究貢獻:本研究透過嚴謹的量表發展步驟,發展出物流循環包裝接受度量表,可供學術界針對循環包裝之相關研究使用,以及提供業界和政府單位應用於推廣循環包裝的參考依據,以評估消費者使用 B2C 的物流循環包裝接受度。

Purpose: In response to the trend of sustainable development, among the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the United Nations, this study aims to fulfill the 11th SDG "Sustainable Cities and Communities" and the 12th SDG "Responsible Consumption and Production". It is hoped that this study can understand the awareness and behavior of consumers in recycling through the Logistics Circular Packaging Acceptance Scale and promote the consumers to live in a sustainable environment through the recycling of circular packaging.
Methods: The Logistics Circular Packaging Acceptance Scale was developed according
to the scale development steps, and three separate questionnaire collections were conducted to analyze the reliability and validity of the scale and the selection of the optimal research model through exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), nomological validity, and the measurement of the competing model.
Findings: In this study, four dimensions of "Precycling", "Environment and Waste Management", "Use of Sustainable Packaging", and "Dematerialization and Collaborative Consumption" were summarized, and the second-order research model was adopted to develop the Logistics Circular Packaging Acceptance Scale with a total of 19 questions. According to the results of various analyses, the scale in this study was found to have both reliability and validity, and therefore has a value as a reference.
Contribution: Through a rigorous scale development process, this study develops the
Logistics Circular Packaging Acceptance Scale, which can be used by academics for
research related to recycling, as well as provide a reference for the industry and
governmental organizations to apply in promoting recycling, in order to assess the
acceptance of logistics circular packaging by consumers using B2C.
