Abstract
臺灣農業發達,水稻苗的培育技術影響著農民的收益與經濟,而過程中觀察水稻苗的根部生長是重要的環節。本篇論文實驗以玻璃試管瓶內加入Phytagel(植物凝膠)作為營養液培育水稻苗,在不損害根部的情況下測量長度並記錄,討論以攝影測量法對此進行影像建模。
對攝影測量軟體而言,根部生長狀態細小且錯綜複雜,容易造成建模結果不佳,為避開建模物體過小和受限於試管玻璃瓶內所造成的影響並設計實驗,以3DF Zephyr作為實驗軟體,在研究的過程中討論拍攝場景的搭建、相機內部參數設定以及攝影測量軟體的建模需求,針對每個步驟的執行對建模的成品所造成影響進行分析。

Taiwan's agriculture is a flourishing industry and the rice seedling cultivation technology affects farmers' income and economy, and observing the root growth of rice seedlings is an important to the process.
In this paper, Phytagel (plant gel) is added to a glass test tube bottle as a nutrient solution to cultivate rice seedlings, the length is measured and recorded without damaging the roots, and the photogrammetry method for image modeling is discussed.
For the photogrammetry software, the root growth state was small and intricate to reconstruction, which lead to poor modeling. In order to avoid the impact of modeling objects that are too small and limited to the test tube glass bottle, designed experiments and used 3DF Zephyr as software.
During the research process, discussed the setup of the shooting scene, the setting of the camera's internal parameters, and the modeling requirements of the photogrammetry software, and analyzed the impact of the execution of each step on the 3D model.
