Abstract
一、研究目的:本研究應用方法目的鏈探討個案公職補習班的全體顧客及不同顧客群體(在校學生/在職學生)所重視之價值、結果與屬性,透過繪製價值階層圖找出鏈結關係並闡述說明其關係與意涵,且比較不同顧客群體之差異,遂依據結果研提行銷管理意涵,以提供給個案公職補習班實務應用之參考。
二、研究方法:本研究以國內公職補習班為例,應用「方法目的鏈」為研究基礎,並以個案補習班中部地區五家門市的在校學生及在職學生二類客群,共四十位學生作為受訪對象,進行一對一攀梯法訪談,再將訪談內容以親和圖法進行分析編碼與歸類、繪製蘊含矩陣及繪製價值階層圖。
三、研究結果:本研究自全體受訪資料中找出十條完整的鏈結關係,而進一步分析不同顧客群體間的差異發現,因為社會歷練的程度不同,在校學生重視社群間的「口碑推薦」,而在職學生則是重視「時間彈性」。
四、研究貢獻:本研究在學術貢獻為將方法目的鏈結合親和圖方法,以加快編碼與歸類的效率;在實務貢獻為本研究依據在校學生及在職學生二個群體的重要鏈結關係, 針對公職補習班全體及不同顧客群體區隔下(在校學生/在職學生)研提行銷面的實務管理意涵。

Purpose─This research aims to applying means-end chain approach to exploring customer value of civil-servant cram school, and compare the differences between college students and on-job student.
Method─This research is a case study based on “means-end chain” theory, and find the customer’s attributes, consequences and values through soft-laddering, affinity diagram, implication matrix and hierarchical value map, then compare the differences between two groups.
Result─This Research results show that the ten complete chain from all data. The main differences between college students’ “word-of-mouth” and the on-job students’ “time flexibility”.
Contribution─In academic contributions, this research combines the “means-end chain” and “affinity diagram” to improve the efficiency of coding and categorization. In practical contributions, this research can provide marketing management implications to case company.
