Abstract
虛擬現實技術正在逐步融入社會,在人力短缺,出生率下降和人口老齡化的
現代,許多傳統文化和工業技術正在逐漸喪失。為了防止傳統文化技術的流失並
減少大規模培訓期間的事故和場地限制,我們使用當前的混合現實技術來滿足上
述要求。本論文以深度影像辨識技術結合混合實境(MR)協助廚師培訓,以便新學
員可以在無需師傅指導的情況下使用 MR 頭戴裝置來協助培訓美味佳餚的獨立烹
飪。研究結果指出以 MR 頭戴裝置的輔助功能可有效用於廚師的培訓。

Virtual reality technology is gradually emerging in any society. Due to declining birth
rate and increasing elderlies, many traditional flavors and cooking skills are gradually
disappearing. Therefore, in this thesis, we use deep learning and current mixed reality
technologies to solve the above problems. This thesis focuses on the training of chefs so that
users can use MR devices to assist the training of independent cooking oyster fried without
the guidance of a chef. The experimental results show that MR devices with chef training
functions can effectively train chefs for cooking the oyster fried.
