《小熊與花》2D動畫創作論述暨從金馬影展動畫獎項談臺灣動畫相關之發展

臺灣最具代表的影視相關獎項「金馬獎」，其動畫獎項已經創立了四十七屆，卻只有十五部得獎作品，歷經多年從缺。本研究彙整臺灣動畫比賽資料，並進一步整理金馬影展動畫獎項之變革與得獎概況，再藉由臺灣動畫教育之數據分析與相關文獻提出評論及建議。
2016年，金馬影展增設「最佳動畫短片獎」，使動畫短片也能角逐金馬殊榮。本研究透過分析近年臺灣的知名2D動畫短片，理解一部動畫須具備哪些特質，作為創作《小熊與花》的參考資料。《小熊與花》是一部以臺灣黑熊與臺灣百合為主角，結合簡單溫馨故事劇情與臺灣本土特色的個人創作2D動畫短片，全程利用Photoshop內建動畫功能繪製而成。

The Best Animation Feature of the Golden Horse Awards, the most important film ceremony in Taiwan, has been held for 47 years. However, there are only 15 animations won the titles throughout the history. This research gathers information about animation competitions in Taiwan and also the changes and the victors of the Best Animation Feature of the Golden Horse Awards. With statistics on and references to animation education in Taiwan, this research also provides comments and suggestions.
In 2016, the Golden Horse Awards established Best Short Feature Film, which allows short animation competes in the ceremony. To understand what features an animation needs, this research analyzes famous 2D short animations in recent years in Taiwan. “The Bear and the Flower” is also developed based on those famous 2D short animations. “The Bear and the Flower” is a 2D short animation starring Formosan Black Bear and Formosa Lily. It contains a simple touching story and Taiwanese local features, and is built with the internal functions of Adobe Photoshop.
