Abstract
我國生活水準逐漸提高,國人對於美的需求,也同時提升。時至今日,我國美髮業蓬勃發展,連鎖化經營之髮廊如雨後春筍般出現,對美髮業者而言,人力是最重要的資產,美髮業為專業導向、勞力密集之產業,技術人員更需直接服務及面對顧客。因此企業須尋找適合從事美髮之技術人員,且須思考該如何加強員工幸福感度以及工作滿意度,進而提升組織承諾與工作績效,便成為最重要的課題。
本研究使用SPSS19.0版做為分析問卷資料之軟體,對樣本資料進行敘述性統計分析,接著再依據研究架構與假設進行信度分析、交叉分析及迴歸分析。
本研究根據回收問卷,分析人格特質、工作滿意度、員工幸福感、組織承諾及工作績效之關聯性,並得到下列結果:
一、五大人格特質之友善性對於工作滿意度有顯著影響。
二、五大人格特質之勤勉審慎性對於員工幸福感有顯著影響。
三、五大人格特質之友善性對於組織承諾有顯著影響。
四、工作滿意度對於組織承諾有顯著影響。
五、員工幸福感對於組織承諾有顯著影響。
六、工作滿意度對工作績效無顯著影響。
七、員工幸福感對於工作績效有顯著影響。
八、組織承諾對工作績效有顯著影響。
As our standard of living has increased, people have more demands on beauty. Due to the great development of hair dressing industry in Taiwan, there are more and more hair salons opening . Hair dressing is a labor-intensive industry, human resource is the most important factor for salons, employees need to face the consumer directly. As described above, firm needs to find out which kind of person can fit this job, also thinking about increasing job satisfaction, employee well-being, organizational commitment and job performance.
We are going to use SPSS calculate system to do the analysis. After that, we do the reliability analysis, validity analysis, regression analysis and cross-analysis.
The research focus on personality, job satisfaction, employee well-being, organizational commitment and job performance. As the result, it shows that :
1.The agreeableness personality has significant effect on job satisfaction.
2.The conscientiousness personality has significant effect on employee well-being.
3.The agreeableness personality has significant effect on organizational commitment.
4.Job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational commitment.
5.Employee well-being has significant effect on organizational commitment.
6.Job satisfaction has not effect on job performance.
7.Employee well-being has significant effect on job performance.
8.Organizational commitment has significant effect on job performance.
